Not satisfied with your purchase? That's a shame! But we'll fix it! Here's how we do it:
- Only unopened packages can be returned for hygienic reasons.
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery.
What are the costs of returning an order?
Returning orders is completely free of charge.
When will I receive the refund for my returned order?
After we have received your products back, we will refund the amount within 14 days to the account you used to place the order. Shipping costs will be deducted.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Currently, you cannot exchange items purchased in our online shop. It is best to return the items you do not wish to keep and then place a new order.
Within how many days do I need to return my order?
Items purchased through the Baard en Co webshop can be exchanged within a period of 14 days. This starts from the first day after delivery, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and has all original labels attached. Worn, soiled, smoked, washed, damaged, or repaired goods cannot be returned.
