Meet Jeroen, the proud founder and boss of Baard & Co and, of course, a passionate beard wearer. What you might not see right away: I have a neuromuscular disease. Yet, I chose to chase my dream and start my own business. Baard & Co is proof to me that passion and perseverance matter more than limitations. I hope my story can inspire others to follow their own path, no matter their situation.

Day and night, I’m here for you, running this amazing webshop. Luckily, I don’t do it all alone: Katrijn is the logistics genius behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly while we’re busy packing your fantastic orders.

And what do we do when we’re not busy decorating your packages? You’ll often find us by the water, canoeing or swimming with our furry four-legged friends. Oh yes, we also have two super-friendly dogs who make sure your package is picked up right on time by the courier. They take their job very seriously!

Because I know not everything comes easy, I try to make a difference for every customer—with care, advice, and a listening ear.

2018

The year beards made a full comeback and beard products were everywhere—except in Belgium. I was eager to change that. After completing my Crossmedia studies, I started Baard & Co, initially focusing mainly on beard products.

2019

We expanded to include shaving products, responding to customer demand.

2020

Corona brought challenges and opportunities. We invested in better products and added hair care to our range.

2021

More than 250 products online!

2022

We continued growing to 400 products and worked on a more user-friendly webshop.

2023

Over 600 products and exploring the possibility of a physical store.

2024

Baard & Co is no longer just online! We opened our first concept store and barbershop. Here you can see, smell, try out products, and enjoy an authentic barbershop experience. Feel free to visit us in Tessenderlo!

2025

The webshop is running at full speed and the barbershop is a success. More and more customers are finding us for high-quality grooming and premium shaving products. Both online and in-store, we go all out to provide top service and satisfied customers.
